zup!
david forgot to post pictures, so I guess I'll do it then.
the first one is from a SOW carol singing thing and we got to dress up...it was a lot of fun! the next one I took of David while he was on the toilet. he got some pretty cool slippers from Elena and Kate when they left and a Mt. Rushmore buckle from Rachael's mom...she's got it going on, dum-di-dum-di-dum. moving on; a couple of the pictures are of David and Jorge's (one of the guys on staff) kids, Elena and Ethan, on the way to a Christmas dinner at the school leaders' house. there's also a picture from the actual party. the last picture is of the whole school at the last day of lectures before christmas break.
I'll post some pictures of me and my moose-acquaintances later on...female that is. you have something to look forward to I'll tell you that much. MOOOOO!
enough emotions for one day.
see you guys later.
snakkes...

Juleferie!

hey!
it's been a while since I last updated my blog so I thought it was about time.
a lot of stuff has happened since last I wrote on here, but don't know what is of importance. we've had several good speakers coming in, but there are always some that are better than others so. there was especially a guy called David Durham who spoke on creativity in worship; he was a guy with a lot of knowledge. not just when it comes to the Bible, but also historywise and linguistically. he speaks like 3 or 4 languages more or less fluently. that really inspired me, not just the stuff he spoke on, but history and languages is something that really interests me, so I really enjoyed.
today was our last day of lectures before christmas-break and it will be good to have a couple weeks to rest. I'm going to virginia; to a guy from my DTS and his family. it's gonna be good to live in a house again, it's been a while so. we're going to Washington DC for a couple days too, and I'm really looking forward to that. I'm leaving on tuesday and I get back on the 3rd of January.
it's been really quiet around here for some days now since the DTS just left for outreach. I made a lot of friends in that school so it was a bit hard to see them go, but I know they'll do great things. one team went to New Orleans and Belgium, one went to Northern Ireland, the third team went to India, and the last team went to Thailand. so they're all over the place.
I know I've said to some of you guys that I probably wasn't gonna go on outreach, but now our school is going to New Orleans for one month to help out in the volunteer work after Katrina and Rita. I'm staying for two weeks and then I'm hoping to go to Pennsylvania to meet my brother, Paul Andreas, and a team from a YWAM base in Norway. if you could just pray that God will bless our outreach and that He will use us and also the remainer of our lecture-phase. I would also appreciate your prayers concerning my potential trip to Pennsylvania, since it's not settled yet and the team that is going there are still working on contacts. it's going to cost a decent amount of money to get me there, so I would love to get my hands on some pretty cheap tickets. if you could just throw up some prayers for that as well.
I don't know what more to write, so I'll just end it right here.
have a blessed holiday if I don't talk to you before then, and have
en God Jul og et Godt Nyttår!
Gudspeed!
